3-Week Virtual Mind and Body Retreat
A 3-week, virtual, yoga-Inspired, Mind and Body Retreat, that will help bring you to a calm, cool, collected state of well being. This Retreat is not about weight loss as it is about losing baggage. It will help you find your center, find control in your life, help you be less stressed, less anxious, and help you begin to find your passion for life again.
For three weeks we will meet live online Monday through Friday to practice our stretches and meditation together. This series is for beginner and intermediate level yoga practitioners.
Every morning (5 days a week), we will meet at 7 a.m.to start a yoga practice together, and we will finish with a 10-minute meditation.
This program will also come with an 53-page ebook that will help you along your Yoga practice.
