Eat your veggies! You cannot get up from the table until you eat your veggies! No dessert until you eat all of your veggies! Ok, you don't have to eat them all, just this much (proceed to portion out veggies).
Yep. Sounds so familiar to me! So what do we do as parents who want our children to be healthy and strong? Below I will give you 3 tips that have worked for me to get my babies to eat more veggies!

History has repeated itself over and over again. As woman we have learned from many generations past, that we can have and do it all. Siiiiike! I am a woman that tries so hard to make all the pieces fit for everyone to be happy. I really wish everyone can be happy and truthfully, that I can be all things to all people, except haters of course. Well then, I still want to be of some motivation to them. Hey everyone needs motivation. As strong, powerful, fit and fearless beauties, we have to give up the notion of the be all wonder woman. Yes, I am talking to me too. Trying to be a wonder woman and make everyone else happy all, will only lead to feelings of emptiness. It is impossible. So I am trying to let that notion go. In fact, Wonder Woman was my hero as a young girl. She didn't take any shit, helped others and was feminine and beautiful in the process. But the truth is, she is just a fictional character. Yep, fake as hell! We as woman have to give up the notion of the being a one woman wonder.
Here are a couple of things that we can do to let go of that notion:
